Messages
Flee Youthful Lust – (Flee Pursue Avoid) Paul told Timothy his young disciple to flee the evil desires of youth, and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart. This message will show how to break the power of negative peer pressure and to become the useful; vessel for God's work.
What Is My Life's Purpose? - This presentation explores what it means to be a child of God. Lewis discusses basic questions that he himself has wrestled with: Why am I here? Where am I going? and What is my life's purpose? Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Many young people are falling asleep and aborting the purpose and plan God has for them in their generation. This message will motivate your youth like King David to fulfill their purpose in their generation.
Music It's only entertainment – (The Power of ungodly music) Many young people today are more committed to their music then they are to Christ. This message will radically challenge your youth to consider the power of ungodly music and why its more than just entertainment. Youth will also be challenged to be more discerning when it comes to music and learn why God should be honored with our choices of music. Colossians 3:17 And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
Can You Hear Me Now (Hearing the voice of God) There's more to this message than a catchy title. It's a paradigm-shifting look at prayer – a DISCIPLINE that some take for granted. So often we are distracted by so much around us it becomes hard for us to hear Gods voice as we connect back to God we see that sometimes our sins hinder our prayers from being heard. Isaiah 59:2 & 2 Chronicles 7:14
It's Time Series
It's Time To Grow Up – (Marks of Spiritual Immaturity) Now more than ever, God is calling us to a level of spiritual maturity. It is time to take off the training wheels and grow up in the things of God. We can probably all relate to someone in our life at one point telling us to “Grow-Up”. The writer of Hebrews was faced with the same problem we have today, immature Christians. These were people that had been serving God for many years, but they were babies (immature). The majority of our Churches today are filled with people that are spiritually immature. This message challenges us to examine carefully our spiritual maturity level. Hebrews 5:11-14
It's Time To Wake Up – (Put on the Lord Jesus Christ) Romans 13:11 Paul gets our attention when he calls for a change in our behavior in light of the second coming of Christ. We must put off the deeds of darkness. Many young people are in a state of spiritual sleep and are living in darkness. This message will motivate your youth to wake up and put on the Lord Jesus Christ.
It's Time To Throw Up (Be hot or cold and not Lukewarm) Does your life make God sick would God say you make him want to puke, are you living a Lukewarm Christian life in Revelation 3:15-16 it says I know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot. I wish you were either one or the other! So, because you are lukewarm--neither hot nor cold--I am about to spit you out of my mouth. In very vivid terms the Lord rejects the halfhearted efforts of self-satisfied Christians. Let's pull out our thermometers and get to checking and see if we are Lukewarm.
Sexual Purity and Dating
Sex is a Gift - This message is not just another message about why having sex is wrong. It's a bold and refreshing look at why sex is right when you're married. This message teaches that sex is a precious gift to be saved for ones future husband or wife.
Sexual purity in a perverse world - This message focuses on helping teenagers avoid the sexual pitfalls of premarital sexual involvement. Teens will also be made aware of the damaging effects of premarital sex on future marriages this message encourages young people to live lives of purity and remain abstinent until marriage and not to accept the cultures view on sex.
DATING: GUIDELINES AND BOUNDARIES "For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication: that every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honour" (I Thessalonians 4:3-4). This message will assist Christian youth in his desire to please God in his dating practices.
Purity Party
Purity Party - Need a little help having “the talk” about sexual purity with your teens? A “Purity Party” is a fun place to start for parents of teenagers. More Topics
A Woman's Worth – Alicia Keys has a song called a woman's worth unfortunately like many young women including Alicia they think a woman's worth is about getting some man to treat them special. This message focuses on where a woman's true worth is found as defined in 1 Peter 3:3-4.
Becoming a Man – 1 Corinthians 13:11 says When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me. God wants to do a new thing in the lives of young men. Many because of poor role models, past failures, hurts and wounds, cannot move towards adulthood. This message will show them the difference between boys and men and move them onto the path of true Christian manhood.
Consider Your Ways – (Having the right Priorities) Now therefore thus says the LORD of hosts; Consider your ways. Haggai 1:5 Is this a time for you? Are we putting our own self interest ahead of God's interest? Many young people today are not considering their ways. If you continue on the way you are going, where will it lead? The way of drugs, sex, lying and deceit, rebellion. Broken homes, broken hearts, broken lives don't just happen. They result from going the wrong direction and the failure to "consider your ways." This message will force them to see where their hearts and priorities really lay.
